$750 to $3,000
How much of the security deposit is refundable?
Deposit alternative policy through Rhino is not refundable to resident, but it covers outstanding balances up to the amount of the policy in place.
Is there an application fee?
$40 application fee, $100 administrative fee
Are there Qualifications - income, credit history checks, criminal history, rental history, etc.?
Minimum monthly earnings must equal to 3 times the rent, credit rental and criminal background checks are conducted with every application
