Applications, Lease, & Rent

  • What leasing options are available?

    7 to 12 months

    A liability coverage of $300,000 is required

    No
  • Can the apartment be listed on AirBnB?

    No, this would be a violation of our lease agreement.
  • What are your application requirements?

    3X gross amount of rent. No outstanding evicitons or bankruptcy can have them if dismissed with a zero balance.
  • Is there an application fee?

    $40 application fee, $100 administrative fee
  • Are there Qualifications - income, credit history checks, criminal history, rental history, etc.?

    Minimum monthly earnings must equal to 3 times the rent, credit rental and criminal background checks are conducted with every application
  • Can I apply online?

  • Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?

    No
  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the first day of every month
  • Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?

    Yes, 10% late fee is charged on the 6th of the month
